We want to give you a helping hand to achieve a healthy mind, body and spirit with yoga courses, therapies such as acupuncture, shiatsu, homeopathy, counselling and psychotherapy, kinesiology, naturopath, Swedish massage & reflexology, reiki and life coaching as well as Iridology & Nutrition. Yoga Classes All Abilities

The Healthy Way offers classes at all levels, including beginners, mixed ability, advanced and remedial. The type of yoga taught at the centre is Hatha Yoga and is both gentle and challenging. Courses are 6 weeks duration and you can switch between classes to suit their schedule. Next term starts week beginning 24th Apr  2017.
