The Law Society Of Ireland – Diploma Centre has just launched its Spring 2023 programme. The award-winning Diploma Centre at the Law Society of Ireland has provided continuing professional education and training for over 20 years.
The programme features a number of courses starting in March 2023.
March 2023 Spring Courses at Law Society Of Ireland – Diploma Centre
- Certificate in Commercial Contracts – This course provides an understanding of the fundamental competencies required by the commercial lawyer when drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

- Certificate in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance – This course, which represents a collaboration between the Law Society of Ireland and The Wheel, Ireland’s national charity association, provides practitioners and those working in charitable, social enterprise and community organisations with an overview of the law and best practice in the relevant areas.

- Certificate in Assisted Decision-Making Capacity – The purpose of this certificate is to ensure that practitioners are fully conversant with the requirements of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 (the 2015 Act), with particular emphasis on supporting decision-making and a detailed analysis of the various codes and guidelines required under the 2015 Act.
